Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at infinilink.com located in Timişoara. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for system administration, network administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • System Administration and Network Administration skills
  • Knowledge of Information Technology
  • Experience with cybersecurity practices
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with IT support systems and tools
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Technical certifications are beneficial (e.g. CISCO, Microsoft Certifications etc)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
